These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers issued by S333 (the Operator). Promotions include deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards and related benefits, whether presented as a standalone offer or part of a promotional campaign. The Terms may be supplemented by specific Bonus Terms for a given Promotion.
Participation is limited to natural persons aged 18 years or older who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and where the Operator is permitted to operate. To claim any Promotion, a Player must have a verified account. Verification requires valid and current data including email address, phone number, full name, residential address and date of birth, and agreement to the Terms. The Operator may request additional information to verify identity and place of residence. The Operator may withhold or withdraw a Promotion if verification is incomplete or found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Promotions may require activation prior to use, which is completed via the Account page or by entering a valid promotional code before making a qualifying deposit or bet. Some Promotions may activate automatically; in such cases activation is considered completed at the moment the qualifying action is performed.
Promotional funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable Promotion Terms and general Terms. Wagers funded by bonus funds are governed by the wagering requirements below. Real-money balances are exhausted before bonus funds are drawn upon, unless the Promotion Terms provide otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount. Game contributions toward wagering are: Slots 100%, Table Games 10%, Live Games 5%, Dice and Provably Fair games 5%, and other categories as specified in the Promotion Terms. Only bets placed with funds from the bonus balance contribute toward the wagering requirement; bets funded entirely by real money do not. Free spins contributions follow their specific terms and, where applicable, are treated as bonus funds for wagering purposes.
During an active or pending bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is 10 USD (or equivalent in the applicable currency). Some features or game modes (including gamble features, buy-bonus features or bonus hunts) may be restricted while a bonus is active. Breach of betting limits or restrictions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Promotions have a defined active window. Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion’s Terms, the validity period is seven (7) days from the date of credit. If the Promotion expires, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited. Upon withdrawal, any unfulfilled wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to transfer of funds back to real money; failure to meet requirements within the expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable while wagering requirements remain unmet. If a withdrawal request is made before completing wagering requirements, the bonus funds and any winnings attributed to the bonus may be forfeited in full. No withdrawal may be processed using bonus funds until the wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
Only one active bonus may be held per Player at any time. If a new Promotion is activated while another remains active, the existing bonus and any winnings derived therefrom may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Operator’s discretion.
No Deposit Promotions: No initial deposit is required; winnings are subject to wagering requirements and caps as defined in the Promotion Terms. Deposit Promotions: Bonuses granted on deposit (including reloads) and may be sticky or withdrawable as specified. Free Spins: Issued in relation to a Promotion and subject to activation, game restrictions and wagering requirements. Cashback: Calculated on eligible bets and deposits within the Promotion period and credited to the main wallet; entitled to be used without wagering requirements only as defined in the Promotion Terms.
No Deposit bonuses and No Deposit Free Spins are available only to eligible Players who have completed the verification process. Winnings from No Deposit Free Spins may be subject to a cap and wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms. A deposit may be required before cashing out winnings earned from No Deposit promotions, as specified in the Terms.
Cashback offers are credited after the conclusion of the Cashback period (typically within one hour, to the main wallet) and do not carry wagering requirements unless stated. The minimum Cashback amount is 1 USD (or equivalent). Some Cashback requires an eligible deposit within a defined window. Cashback amounts are calculated in a single currency determined by the Promotion Terms.
The Operator may operate loyalty or VIP programs at its sole discretion. Participation, eligibility, and benefits are defined in the specific program Terms. Benefits may be altered or withdrawn without notice, subject to applicable law and the Promotion Terms. Membership is non-transferable between individuals and accounts.
Promotional activity and winnings may be publicized at the Operator’s discretion. Data protection and privacy are governed by the Operator’s Privacy Policy. Personal data used in promotions may include nickname or initials, in line with privacy standards and consent.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, modify, reclaim or cancel any Promotion if abuse or exploitation is suspected, or if legal or regulatory requirements change. The Operator may refuse or withdraw eligibility for any participant at any time. All Promotions are intended for recreational play and may be restricted for players deemed to be more than recreational risk. Any material changes to Terms will be communicated, and non-material changes may be applied without advance notice.
The English version of these Terms governs the relationship between the Player and the Operator. In the event of inconsistencies among translated versions, the English text shall prevail.
The Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Operator’s licensing jurisdiction. Disputes arising from Promotions shall be resolved by the competent courts of the same jurisdiction or through agreed arbitration, as provided by the Promotion Terms or applicable law.
The Operator may modify these Terms and the Promotion Terms from time to time. Non-material changes may take effect without notice; material changes will be notified to Players in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their account credentials. The Operator may require ongoing verification as part of the KYC process. For support, Players may contact Customer Support in accordance with the available channels stated on the platform.
These Terms apply to Promotions issued by the Operator and supersede any prior terms related to Promotions. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
