Purpose and scope

This Self-Exclusion Policy governs the availability and operation of Time-out and Self-exclusion options on the S333 platform. It applies to all registered players and outlines the initiation, effects, continuation, and termination of these safeguards to promote responsible gambling.

Definitions

Time-out means a temporary break from all S333 products for a defined period, during which access to the platform is restricted and no gambling activity can be conducted. Self-exclusion means a longer or permanent cessation of access to S333 products, selected by the player in the Self-Exclusion process.

Time-out (short breaks)

You may initiate a Time-out from your account profile. The available Time-out periods are published in the Time-out section of your account. During a Time-out you will not be able to deposit funds, withdraw funds, place bets, or access any S333 products. Revocation of a Time-out is permitted only after the minimum cooling-off period specified at the time of activation, and the Time-out will terminate automatically upon expiry, at which point your account is reactivated.

Self-exclusion (extended and permanent)

You may select a Self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours up to permanent. Once Self-exclusion is activated, your account will be disabled for gambling-related activity, including deposits and withdrawals. If you have any pending bets at the time you commence Self-exclusion, those bets will remain valid and will settle in accordance with official results. After the Self-exclusion period ends, you may log in to your account as normal unless you have elected a longer or permanent exclusion. No alterations to the pre-selected Self-exclusion period are permitted during the active exclusion. A permanent Self-exclusion is irrevocable and you may not register another account while it remains in effect.

If you wish to extend Self-exclusion beyond the pre-selected period, you must submit a written request or contact Customer Support. Extensions are granted at the Company’s sole discretion. If a new account is opened during an active Self-exclusion, that account will be closed and any funds will become inaccessible.

Effects and governance during exclusion

During Time-out or Self-exclusion, you will be prevented from gambling on all S333 products. S333 will take reasonable steps to ensure that exclusions are observed and that promotional materials are not directed to excluded individuals. You acknowledge that activity from other accounts or changes to registration details not executed within the exclusion framework may circumvent safeguards; S333 bears no liability for such conduct. Financial limits and responsible gambling

When creating or updating your account you may impose betting or spending limits. If you exceed a self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit may be restricted. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure Self-exclusion is respected and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from being sent to excluded players.

Reactivation, extension and revocation

Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of a Time-out or Self-exclusion period, unless an extension or permanent exclusion has been initiated. For extensions, a decision will be communicated to you; if no response is received within 24 hours of the extension request, the exclusion may be treated as terminated and the account reactivated. A permanent Self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and you may not register another account during its effect.
