General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the S333 website and its services (the "Site"). By registering an account, you certify that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and you accept these Terms in full. S333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice; amendments become effective immediately upon posting and your continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and S333 and supersede all prior representations or agreements. In case of any inconsistency between a provision of these Terms and any information on the Site, the Terms shall prevail. S333 may require proof of identity and age as a precondition before you participate in the Site’s gaming activities.

Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required by your jurisdiction, to participate. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You may have only one active personal account. S333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity on your account, including purchases and losses incurred by you or any third party using your account.
• S333 may request additional verification of identity or age at any time. If the requested information is not provided, S333 may suspend or terminate the account and void any associated winnings.

Wagering and Bets

• All wagers must be placed from funds available in your Player Account. Wagers are binding once placed and may only be reversed if declared void or as expressly provided by these Terms.
• Wagering records are the final authority for any wagering activity. S333 is not liable for clerical or technical errors in wagering data.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonuses and promotional credits as published for each promotion. Where a promotion specifies that some games contribute differently to a rollover, those contributions will apply as published.
• Stakes placed on futures or draws are settled on completion; winnings are credited to your account in accordance with the final settlement.

Winnings, Withdrawals and Verification

• Before approving any withdrawal, S333 may require identification and payment documentation (e.g., identity documents, payment method details) as part of its security checks. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in voiding winnings or withholding withdrawals.
• Winnings are credited to your account and are not a guarantee of future winnings. Any fraud or suspected malpractice may lead to voiding of winnings and suspension or termination of your account.
• Tax and other applicable duties on winnings are your responsibility. S333 may report or deduct taxes as required by law.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to internal processing times and internal controls. Winnings and bonuses may be surrendered or clawed back if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are suspected.

Promotions and Bonus Rules

• Promotions are subject to the specific terms published for each offer. Default rollover for bonuses is 20 times the sum of the deposited funds and bonus credits, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Funds are debited from Cash Balance first; if Cash Balance is insufficient, wagers are charged to Bonus Balance. If a withdrawal is attempted before rollover is complete, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Only one free account per individual, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Bets on certain game types or bet configurations published for a promotion may not count toward the rollover or may count at reduced rates.
• S333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected abuse or breach of promotion terms. Administrative charges may apply to cover administration costs.
• Employees or relatives of S333 personnel are prohibited from participating in promotions where prohibited by law or internal policy.

Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud

• Automatic play or manipulation of Software, tampering with data, or any attempt to manipulate the Site or its outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, confiscation of deposits and prizes, and civil or criminal action.
• Players must not disclose or misuse vulnerabilities in the Software. If a player becomes aware of any error or glitch, they must promptly notify S333 in writing and refrain from exploiting it.
• Any unauthorized access to the Site or accounts, interference with systems, or damage to the Site may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of prizes, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• S333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for any reason related to security, risk management, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Game Rules, Availability and Software

• Some games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to provider restrictions. VPN usage to bypass blocks is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings or account suspension.
• S333 may add, remove, or modify games and features at any time. Individual game rules apply and take precedence over general terms when in conflict.
• All game software, information, and assets on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You acquire no rights to the software or content by use.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with S333's Privacy Policy. The Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data and may be updated from time to time. You consent to processing of your data for purposes related to providing the Services, security, and compliance with legal obligations. S333 will implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data and will inform you of material changes to the Policy.

Fees, Taxes and Financial Matters

• You are responsible for all fees and taxes arising from participation, wins, and any related transactions, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• S333 may charge processing or service fees as published for certain transactions or promotions. Any such fees will be disclosed prior to the transaction.

Translations, Governing Law and Language

If these Terms are available in multiple languages, the English version prevails in the event of a discrepancy. The relationship between you and S333 is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which S333 operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory regulatory remedy requirements.

Disputes, Investigations and Resolution

For disputes relating to wagers, accounts, or promotions, you must submit the matter in writing through S333's official support channels, including date, time, and details of the issue. S333 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of S333 on such disputes is final and binding, except as required by applicable law or regulatory oversight.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Gambling entails risk of loss. S333 is not liable for losses except as required by law. The Site may experience outages, technical issues, or inaccuracies; S333 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. If a wager or payment is settled or credited incorrectly, S333 may correct or reverse the transaction and request return of any miscredited funds or winnings. You agree to indemnify S333 and its personnel from claims arising from your use of the Site or participation in Games.

Use of Player Account

• One personal account per user. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension or termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of winnings.
• Only you may use your account. You must maintain current and accurate account details and promptly inform S333 of any changes.
• S333 may perform verification calls or other identity checks as part of the KYC process. If you fail to respond within a reasonable period, withdrawals may be delayed or the account may be locked until verification is completed.
• Access to the Site from the same IP address, household, or device by multiple users may trigger additional verification or suspension of related accounts.

Anti-Fraud Policy

The Site employs anti-fraud tools to detect collusion, chip-dumping, rebating, chargebacks, and other forms of manipulation. If fraud or money-laundering is suspected, S333 may terminate the account, withhold payouts, and report actions to appropriate authorities. In chargeback cases, S333 may seek to recover damages and may close the account and forfeit winnings.

Translations and Language

In the event of translations, the English text governs. All communications from S333 shall be in the official language of the Site. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
